All Colonel Swag Products are Made to Order

Colonel Swag products are made to order. Production time vary per product. Please reference the individual product page for up-to-date production timelines. Minimum quantities are already selected on the product pages. Additional quantity discounts are indicated on each page and applied to the final balance at checkout.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

In order to purchase an item, you must first add it to your shopping cart. You can click “Your Order” at any time, located on the top right navigation bar, to update your shopping cart contents.

Once you have selected the product and specified size and/or quantity, click the Add to Cart button. You will see the product appear in your Shopping Cart. This Shopping Cart will expand to include all of your selections and it also allows you to remove or update those selections by clicking on the Remove button or by clicking on the product name to take you back to the product detail page, where changes can be made.

Payment Methods

Colonel Swag currently accepts payments via Credit Card. Credit Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Submitting Your Order

When you are finished shopping, click on the Check Out button.

1. The Customer Information Page will be displayed. Verify your email address and Shipping Information.
2. Click “Continue to shipping method” to select a Shipping Method.
3. Click “Continue to payment method” to select a Payment method. Enter Credit Card details. Confirm your billing address.
4. Click “Complete Order” once fields have been entered.
5. Once you have placed your order, a purchase confirmation will be displayed and emailed to the address provided. Exit the store or continue shopping.

Exchange and Return Policy

Colonel Swag currently does not accept returns or exchanges. All product is made to order. If the merchandise does not meet your expectations within 48 hours of when you receive the order, please contact info@vipermarketing.ca. Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for return, or cover shipping costs.

International Shipping

Colonel Swag product ships from our warehouse in Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada. Approximate freight times and real time freight costs are calculated and billed at checkout.

Shipping & Handling

Your order will be processed within 1 business day after receipt. All orders will, unless otherwise specified, be shipped within 1 day after production completion via the shipping method you have selected.
